Trying to buy replacement posts for the Pivotrim Trimmer head are always out of stock or discontinued. The bottom part separated after years of use. These are so easy to use, it was worth spending the time to recreate the posts so you can print replacements.
I used Nylon, but you could try ASA or ABS. PETG is too brittle.
The bottom has 2 3.2 mm holes for bolts. I used 3mm bolts to assemble. You will need to drill new holes in the Pivotrim that match.
Plugs have a 10.6 diameter and 15mm height if you want to check your plugs.
