This is a DIY case I designed for my Pixel 7 Pro when I didn't want to spend much on a new one.
These are my design goals:
Slim profile while maintaining durability for FDM printing
Thickened back to compensate for camera bump, allowing phone to lie flat
Minimal cutouts with accessible buttons
Snug fit for non-flexible materials (PLA, PETG)
This model requires support material. I used organic supports to print mine.
The speaker holes and button cutouts have been refined since the initial photographs were taken. For the most up-to-date design, please refer to the 3D model preview and CAD rendering provided.
I designed this case using FreeCAD 0.22 (development version). For those interested in modifying the case themselves, I've included the model file in the attachments.
