I bought the Geekworm X301 expasion board for my Raspberry Pi Zero 2W, and since there is no enclosure available, I used some CAD magic and came up with this. There is room for the C296 heatsink and a 4010 fan. I use a Noctua NF-A4x10 5V. It is printed in PLA on a MK4. Structural profile, 0.2 layer, supports needed for the bottom part. You need two long 2,5 mm screws to fit through the heatsink and into the standoffs on the connector side of the Pi, that are not included in the original package. The enclosure locks with one flathead screw. I included two version of the lid, with and without a 40 mm fan. To make the X301 boot from the attached SSD/HDD you need to put the Pi OS bootcode.bin file on a FAT32 formatted SD card. Use Raspberry Pi Imager to write Pi OS to SSD/HDD via a USB adapter, and then copy the file from the boot partition to SD card.
