The main criteria for this design was to prevent ingress. No charger port or screen port. It has enough room for the board in a 3000 mAh battery.
I designed this to be printed on a smooth build plate so the two halves can meet with the minimum gap between them. Paint-on “no support’ in both the seal channels to keep it clear. You should glue the seal section into one half of the lids with crazy glue, or your glue of choice.
You should be able to open the unit by splitting the halves with your thumbs in the scallop at the bottom. You definitely will be able to after a few times opening it but for the first few openings, you will likely need a flathead to get it started on the bottom.
Edit: I adjusted files due to thin wall issue on top and bottom.
