Updates to the Paw Patrol Pup Tags to make them magnetic. Also made some geometry fixes and extra files for expansion.

This is part of a larger project where I am printing a complete set of these for my kids. Unfortunately, there is no “complete” set.
These changes do allow some better customization of the models that have a different color paw background and pad.
