Our tripod got broken at the middle element, precisely the plastic screw sockets got shattered, connecting the legs part and the ball socket part.
The broken part is not so complex, so i decided to model it in Fusion360 and give it a try.
Of course, this is not the only tripod design on the market, but may be the chance is you have the same one and it got broken too, so here you go!
I didn't model all the pins of the original part, only the bigger ones, the smaller ones just help with orientation but are not that important.
I decided to use another type of screws for this rather than the ones that came with the tripod, because they are not really suitable here. It is probably the reason how it broke in the first place: Plastic socket - metal screw. So, I am using 3 M3x14 screws instead. Self-evidently, I also modelled the part so that I can install M3 threaded inserts for the screws, without messing with the dimensions and spacings of the part.
I uploaded the source file, in case your tripod is the same design concept but the dimensions are different.
I printed it in PLA, stiffenes and accuracy in details is important.
