Our lab only had one rack suitable for small protein purification and buffer exchange columns, so I had to come up with a solution.
The openings are designed to accommodate, for example, Cytiva Miditrap or 5 mL gravity flow chromatography columns, with enough distance from the table to allow sample tubes to be placed underneath.
