I needed a way to connect my ID badge to my cross-body bag. Clipping the caribiner to the strap directly was not convenient. I decided to create one as a modelling exercise. This has a slot so that you can connect it to the strap without needing a free end.
I am using a KEY-BAK brand retractable ID badge holder.
