After replacing the cushions on my Bose QC35 headphones 3 or 4 times, the flexible trim ring around one of the earpieces broke. I designed this and printed in TPU (probably not really necessary). Printed on MK3S+ at .15mm layer height. Print the side with the alignment tabs down. Brim should not be necessary.
