This is a replacement for the rubber foot that attaches to the trunk springs on the 2005-2009 S197 Mustang under the part number 6R3Z-06343128-A.
This model is designed to be printed out of TPU and has an interference fit with the spring it attaches to, so if you plan to print this out of a rigid filament you will need to scale it down slightly.
