It is a model of an Austrian phone booth, specifically the one which belongs to Metalab. You can read a bit more about it here:

It is designed for SLS printing (or powder bed based polymer printing in general) so you will definitely have troubles printing it on an FDM printer. The windows and the light cover need to be laser cut from 2mm material.
The base has space for different microcontroller boards but at least in my model I never got around to install one...
