I started this as a remix of the gyro cup holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3431686) to add a provision to use a Ram Mount.
The STL files attached are for a cup of 80mm diameter. I based that on a cup from a random to-go coffee cup that I had. It should fit most medium to go cups.
BOM
- (4) M3 x 20mm Socket head cap screws
- (1) M5 x 30mm socket heat cap screw
- (1) M5 x 8 heat set threaded insert
There is an alternate version that doesn't' require the threaded insert.
I ended up redesigning the whole thing. I have made the model parametric so you can set the diameter of the cup where it will sit in the holder
- Open it in Fusion 360
- Go to Parameters
- Parameter named “diaCup”
Everything should adjust to compensate.
