MOZA CRP Pedals are great, except for brake pedal which has too linear feel to it. This elastomer upgrade changes that. Combine different hardness elastomers to fit your liking and get the perfect brake pedal.
Original spring is 30mm long, this is 10mm. So print 3 of them with different infill ratios to get progressive feel. Do not try the bundled elastomers, they are solid and will squish like a ball when compressed, this does not.
Note:
The file previews does not display correctly here. There are hole in them also! Otherwise hard to fit on axle :)
Can't recommend any hardness/combinations since it is very personal, but I have included three different stiffnesses which I use. I ended up with using one of each stiffness. That makes my pedal soft at first, then gradually harder. Until I reach the point where the elastomer on the load cell takes over, that one is hardest. So I can still easily modulate by 80% but it is much easier to fine brake with just a little pressure, kind of when you drive a normal car and just want to light touch the brake, that is much better now.

Put the hardest towards the metal nut, since that one needs to be in place and the stiffest one is best here. The softest in the middle if you have one softer than the other.
Print settings: Print in TPU.
To get the correct “elastomer feel”, change vertical perimeters to one. Infill pattern to gyroid (this will make it springy). Then pick some infill ratio of choice, print a few different and test it out.
I noticed you can also pick vertical perimeter zero (!) and use a denser infill (gyroid). This might be the best option, it makes the elastomer behave even more like a spring when there is no walls at all.
(you can mount the metal part and skip the screw in the plastic part just to try different combinations before you finally assemble it together)
/Edit 17 Jan 2025, Elastomer on load sensor:
I discovered recently that on load sensor you need the full size elastomer because there are no shaft there. So either take three of these small elastomers and put a vinyl tape around them. Or use a new full size elastomer which I made. It has three different infill ratios for you to adjust. Pick the "Elastomer_Full30mm.3mf".

This could be difficult to find the correct settings when you can not try three different individually. So I maybe would still print some of the smaller ones and try get a feel for them. When you are certain you have the perfect combination put in the same values in this full size one and print it.
