Shopsmith does not sell this part separately, and I didn't want to buy the pricey “upgrade kit” for just one part.
I printed this in both PLA and PETG. Both are acceptable but PETG is the better choice.
Increase number of walls to ensure feather “fingers” are solid. I printed with 15% infill.
Two versions are attached with the only difference being the rounding of one corner. The rounded version requires less filament, and I happen to like it better. I'm interested in knowing which design you prefer!
