Another gauge mounting solution for your e36 project. This location offers a couple of benefits over other locations including:
- Easy to see while keeping your eyes on the road
- Doesn't cover your gauge cluster like column mounted gauges
- Doesn't take up center console storage space
- Doesn't remove center climate vent
Printed out of ASA, but PETG will be fine in the interior of a hot car. Mounted by drilling holes in side of vent housing and running screws to m3 heat serts, but double sided tape should also work fine. I ran my wires and vacuum line through a hole drilled in the side of the vent housing. Included is the version which works on the AEM boost controller and generic 52 mm diameter hole for any gauge of that size with some double sided tape. Print gauge side up, support required on two faces.
