LG A9 CordZero Modular Extended Accessory Mount

Replaces the stock two-point mount with a modular bracket that supports up to 7 mounts total. 

The mounts lock the accessories in, similarly to the original mounts, while also preventing them from spinning. Some variations of these mounts are included, as well as a coves for slots that you do not plan on using. 

Print Settings:

Bracket:

Important for this part to be fairly strong, as it bears the weight of all the attached accessories. I printed mine with 5 walls, 5 bottom layers, 5 top layers, 20% infill.

If printed in the model's default orientation, supports should not be needed.

Mounts:

I printed mine with 3 walls, 10% infill. 

Installation: 

Bracket:

The bracket is installed in place of the original mount, reusing the original provided screw. See the following video for more specific instructions:

(DO NO OVER-TIGHTEN - You are threading into plastic, and it will be easy to strip!)

Mounts:

The mounts fit into the 7 square slots located around the bracket. The keys have 0.2mm of tolerance, but depending on your printer, a friction fit may be satisfactory. I used a little super glue to ensure mine would not come off, especially on the bottom mounts.

The arrangement of the mounts is entirely up to you, but it is intended for the ‘Top’ mounts to go on top, and ‘Bottom’ mounts on the bottom, as the top mounts are angled outwards 7 degrees to allow both the small unpowered and larger powered accessories to be attached. It is also intended for the locking indents to face away from the stand, though again, this is up to you.
