Rubber Kukri for airsoft or practice use.
Print the blade with TPU (low gyroidal infill for flexibility), and handles / pins with hard plastic. Glue needed for fixing the two halves of the blade together. Note the TPU may show the infill through the top layer if too few layers are used. Too many may make the knife inflexible, depending on hardness of TPU used.
