I've always wanted to try Flex (TPU) filament on my Prusa Mini+ so I challenged myself to create a unique Fidget Toy that was specifically designed to be printed with Flex (TPU) filament. After messing around with a few different ideas I designed this puffer fidget toy. The design includes a squishy bellow that forces the air out of a small hole at the top. It functions quite well as a camera lens puffer but where it really shines is as a fidget toy. For some reason it just feels fun to squish and fiddle with in your hands. This is a great example of what you can do with flexible filament.
Couple of pointers:
- This model ONLY works with Flex (TPU) flexible filament. I use Sainsmart 95A TPU filament as there is already a profile for this filament in the Prusa Slicer.
- Print the model at a layer height of 0.1 SPEED and 100% infill for best results.
- Nice and short print time and my Prusa Mini+ prints this model with TPU like a champ.
