Remix of Booty's K1 Max Linear Rail Gantry Carriage with Probe and without.
Use Standard M3 threaded inserts instead of M3 Voron threaded inserts. Also add cable tie mounts for extruder motor / filament sensor wires.
Added version to use CFS extruder with Filament Cutter.
