The band of my 4GT watch was worn by time. I decided to repair it by printing a replacement one made of rest over TPU.

The band of my 4GT watch was worn by time. I decided to repair it by printing a replacement one made of rest over TPU.
I made only the part which was worn out. I included a hole for the axle handle, it is possible it breaks when inserting the axle (as for me), simply cut at the right place to insert the axle, then use glue to close again.
I use my band since a month now, the glue holds.
If you want to modify the model you can edit it in the FREECAD file included. If I remake one, I will probably decrease the thickness of the band or use a softer TPU.
Edit: the second band broke so I designed a replacement one too.
Edit 13/10/25: the original band was too stiff, I made it thinner and with an angle for the locking
