I printed facedown with a filament color change at layer 5 or 6 (you'll have to check the slicer, sorry I can't remember). My bridging isn't perfect (I did this one without supports), but this is passable at a distance.
*EDIT: this turns out much cleaner if you print it face up and just commit to using supports. See the evidence in the Makes!
Infill can be minimal.
