I made this for my wife's shaver, because none of the other solutions worked, and there was no other good way to store it. Simply snaps onto wire. Our basket's wire is 4mm thick, but I can adapt this to other thicknesses easily.
Just a simple socket padder to make a 3/4" socket usable with a 1/2" tool, obviously not for heavy duty / high torque applications, if you print it out of plastic.

Mount for cans, bottles and cups to sip while mowing the lawn. Made to be level to the sloping side. Spills run off nicely. Pretty robust, but not indestructible.
Since the original part was missig on mine when I got it, I made a new one. Threads of the 6mm thread where it's supposed to go, shaped ergonomically and replaces original part number 1134-0583-00.
