Simple design in TinkerCAD. It doesn't look perfect up close, but they printed super clean for me with a 0.8mm nozzle. The overhangs on the F weren't perfect, but it was still pretty clean. No supports.
I modified the original version because it wouldn't fit into my extrusion rail, so I slimmed it down a bit. It also didn't have the right mount for my camera. It will now work with a standard tripod mount style webcam. *Added Left side…
I moved the 2 locking posts down 5mm to get the ducts up higher than the nozzle. plus widened the guts out a little to fit the wider hotend.
Mount your webcam over the X-axis stepper motor so that it moves up with the Z-axis. I have made about 10 versions of this, and this is my final one. Works with CR touch.
I designed these pots since I could not find what I wanted. They have a slight taper to the top. Have fun, I hope they work for you.
