2020 Spool Holder Arm for 8mm threaded rod

Remix of Stamos' Versatile Spool Holder. I found that model printed was too loose to support 8mm threaded rod, so I remixed it with modeled M8 threads. Also increased the pinch bolt to use M5 hardware instead of M3.
