Andersen Flush Mount Estate Sash Lock For Double Hung Windows replacement latch

Replaces the brittle plastic sash lock latch. Remove the old one and try to catch the four little springs and the colar, you won't need them. SNIP the three bumps on the retainer plate as circled in red.
