Check that your printer and noozle can handle the details. You can change the size so the lines are thicker and easier to print. I think using black filament is better because so the contrast with the wall is nicer.
It's better if you change the color during the print in the last layers to differenciate the coin part from the symbol, but you can just paint it with a marker pen. I used a 0.6mm noozle.
