Dainese Djet jet helmet visor mechanism support ratchet (right)

Not perfect but, after some sanding, good enough to replace the broken part, printed it in PETG but print test in PLA were also good enough, even with 15% infill it seems strong enough.

Broken the light cover, printed it in smaller sections, using transparent PETG, support needed for keeping the part stable when printed... quite decent result
