Designed after kids stripped out the factory gear. I used PLA to test and it worked until it didn't while waiting for warranty replacement. Printed with 5 walls and 30% gyroid infill. .15 layer height.

Polaris RZR 1000XP OEM style roof

Coworker wanted a roof to match their actual RZR so I drew this up for them and printed it in PLA. .12 layer height with .4 nozzle with supports. First one was .2 layer height and lost a lot of detail.
