Draw a very thin support line for both loops. A 1.75mm filament is used to connect the parts. I recommend applying the glue closer to the outside, as it's a bit difficult to get the excess out of the gap in the button.

UGEE PH23 Pen Holder (comes with UE16, UE12, M908 and other)

It holds the pen in both the vertical and horizontal positions with 20 nibs and the extractor. I also cut out a space for the 10x1mm magnet, but it works fine without it. For stability, the bottom part is better printed with 100% infill.
