I printed in PETG at high quality (slower nozzle speed) with 0.08 mm layer height. Note: I slightly revised the model after printing to improve the edge chamfer and knurling, so the model is slightly different than pictured.
I printed in PETG at 0.08 mm layer height, but I think it would work fine in PLA or other resins, too. The small layer height helps keep the threads smoother.
