Print upside-down with a brim and no supports. Add a Multiboard Snap and insert into tile.
Print upside-down with PETG for durability with hot liquids. Will fit 180mm by 180mm plate. Let me know if you have troubles or want a modification. Created in FreeCAD 1. File is linked.
Print two parts oriented as shown on picture; use “strength” profile; enable standard supports on build plate only; scale to 100.3%. After printing superglue both parts. If they don't fit tightly, reprint smaller part with adjusted scale.
