Cup Holder with 3/4(19mm) shelf attachment

I originally designed this to fit a Solo Cup, but it has a 70mm opening and obviously can be used for any object that suits you. The exact shelf clasp measurement is 19.1mm, which fits nice and snug for most shelves I've tried it on.
