I printed this at 150% Z scale, just to get some thickness out of it. The supports can be a little stubborn to remove from the back, but the finished product looks really nice.
Print part with only support on the build plate, infill doesn't matter (I use 15% usually), .05mm layer height works well. This grommet has an internal hole diameter of 5mm. Boom! :D
