Inspired on the user “finke”s nice desing. PLA, 0,2 layer, 10-15% infill. I would suggest to print only few cm test cut of the connect part and scale it accordingly for perfect fit.
Printed with PCTG 0,2mm layer, i believe PETG are good as well. If not, try to upscale a little.
