IKEA Sundvik baby bed caster mount
It is easy print with no support material. Holes for M6 screws are without thread but the screw will cut its own thread (no need to tap the hole). To assemble you will need: -4x M6x12mm IMBUS screw -1x 60x60 casters with or without a break
