Could not find a 2 gang 1 centered decora plate in the mid size (125mm x 125mm) for purchase or print. I was able to modify one of @maxrys models to create a plate that fit.
I could not find a 3d printable cover replacement that would cover my window crank operator so I made this one. I found that for strength the cover printed better standing vertical and is quite sturdy.
