This is designed to be added to an organizer like my measuring tape holder or battery holder . So far I've found two of these, one inch apart and printed in colorFabb nGen, are sufficient for holding a 741 gram (1.63 pound) battery.
An updated version of the model I made and posted to /r/functionalprint . Print with the open top of the holder towards the print bed. Include supports!
I have a whiteboard with no tray, so I needed a little holder for the eraser and pen. Here's one! Added the holes just to be more visually interesting; they printed fine with no support for me.
