I made this not knowing there where a couple other designs already available. Either way, this is my design. might not be perfect, but it works for me. I kinda like the look of it, and well, it works and easier to use. I used PETG.
I got a Juntek batter monitor and didn't want to put any more holes in the RV so I built a desktop mount for it. I used PLA, but pretty much anything should do.
The frame dimensions are just shy of 250mm (tall) and 145mm (wide) I've made a straight line rack, and a staggered rack for both 1/8" and 1/4" bits. I used 8, 3mm cap screws to put everything together. No nuts/washers required.
I picked these up last year, and they have been great! But really difficult to mount to these helmets. I came up with this. Its not the prettiest, but it does work well. If you happen to modify these and make them better, please let me…
