This model isn't too hard to print with some supports and 15% infill. I recommend using a brim to prevent the model from detaching mid print.

Staircase Effect and Overhang Test
This is a simple model I created to test the staircase effect on my 3d printer and how well it handles overhangs. You can squish it to make it steeper or stretch it to make it more shallow.
