This upgrade makes it possible to connect a airstone inside the sponsfilter for smaller bubbles increasing flow. The flow can also be directed with the outlet upgrade.
DIY spongefilter made with some pond sponge and PVC pipe 16mm outer and 13mm inner diameter. I would advice to glue the pices together but it is a press fit.
