I printed it using a 0.05 layer height with a 0.25 mm nozzle and had pretty decent results. Be careful of breaking the legs when removing supports.
Big kroxigor person I decided to pose for my lizardman army. I increased his size from the stl file to about 160 % for the painted model, but he prints decently at any size. Lots of little fiddly details though, be careful.
