Beefier Z constraint for RatRig V-Core 4.1

I didn't like how 4.1 constraints were so flimsy. This one is beefier. It also has a channel for Z rail, which prevents the part from twisting when you screw it in. Bearing retainer is lowered so that it actually constraints something.…
