I designed this for my Gaggiuino machine. My screen is inset to the switch panel, so I use this as a heat shield from the boiler and to hold the nuts for mounting with M3 bolts.
I printed all parts out of PETG. The spring will need supports. The base is sized at 49.7mm for 49mm baskets, so scale accordingly. You might not want to scale the body as large to maintain a tighter tolerance.
