I printed it with plastic from PET bottles . But PETG also can be used. Don't use PLA since it may melt due to the sun. Have fun!

Hooks for tube 20x40

No supports are needed. You can scale the model right in the slicer to make it more thick in case additional strength is needed. I printed it from plastic bottles but PETG will be just fine.
