It's a easy print. I recommend printing with 3 perimeters to avoid infill in the walls and your printer getting stressed :) It's your time and choice, so up to you to choose the layer height.

Just print as many hooks as you like to complete your coat rack with some hooks. Designed with a diameter of 25mm for exact fitting the Ikea Komplement rod. :) Enjoy
I've created a nice Coat rack in the space between two walls with a Ikea Komplement rod. It turned out great and sturdy. You can find the hooks I designed also on Printables.
It is a 2 color print, combine as you like! :)
