Can be printed on Elegoo Neptune 4 Max and other large format printers. Print vertically with the top bar on the bed and without any supports. I recommend coating the foundation in beeswax to encourage the bees to draw it out.
I buy top bars in bulk and print the rest, which works cheaper than buying fully wooden frames. Print two per frame and nail them onto top bars. Solder or glue the tabs together and slide in the foundation.
Print 4x top spacers and 4x bottom spacers per hive body. Screw them into hive interior and then nail a 5 x 240 x 426mm piece of plywood to the spacers.
