Gridfinity Lens Holder for Minolta MD/MC/SR

Highly inspired by the drewwwau holders but didn't use his files. Was built originally for Kallax Gridfinity 6x7, so didn't find that much use for the 2x2 (holds 5) holder, since it leaves the last row empty anyway.
