You can scale to suit but at 100% it just works and doesn't use that much filament. 0.15mm layer height using a brim. If you print multiple on 1 bed, make sure your retraction settings are dialed in as it will create multiple artifacts.

Played around and made the model, really quick fun print to test the perimeters of different filament/part cooling fans. 0.2mm layer height, increase model size to 120% if the slicer struggles to slice the walls of the tubes.
