I recommend using a raft since this model has a really small contact area with the plate (assuming it is printed upward, as it is the default in the .stl file). The tail can be made from a bit a filament.
This necklace display bust doesn't require a lot of filament since it is hollow and it doesn't require support as there's not much overhang. Sources are provided, they require OpenSCAD and BOSL2.
