I didn't get the casters for my Ikea Alex drawers, and all of the legs I saw on printables used the base of the wheels. You will need more wood screws (mine came with 4 screws and a single wheel for the large drawer), or double-sided tape…
this has not been tested, but it should work. it is a spacer for the front panel. i was planning on using this with fan mount https://www.printables.com/model/1434738-vpc-120140mm-front-fan-mounts so i wouldn't have to get the front panel…
